St. Mary’s Glacier

St. Mary’s Glacier… is a year-round glacier located just off of I-70 near Idaho Springs. Get your boots, and your lungs, ready because this trek gets steep. A great workout if you’re crazy enough.

The glacier goes up through that pass, which was likely carved by the glacier itself.

Bring your swimsuit. The chilling water is refreshing after the tiring hike. Do some cliff diving from the southwest corner or just take a dip for a quick cool down.
